Holiday Fashion 2022 so it’s that time of year again! Where holiday celebrations are coming up and above all you are going to want to look fabulous! Furthermore, who doesn’t love doing this on a budget?
So what are the holiday trends that we can incorporate this year to make ourselves look our best?
COLOUR RED:
At the same time, the color red is always a classic at the holidays.
A pop of color can always make an outfit go from drab to fab! As well the great thing about this idea is you can coordinate with items that you may already have in your closet. Maybe you have a red blouse or tank top. Pair it with dressy black pants and dress it up with some jewelry.
In a similar fashion, another great way to add red to your outfit is with shoes and accessories. Great creative, and see what you can come up with.

Without a doubt, the easy thing that spruces up your look at the holidays is a red lip.
PLAIDS:
Certainly another traditional print for the holidays that we all love! Now according to your sense of style, you can use plaids in so many ways from classic, and trendy to casual. Another fun way to incorporate this look is through accessories maybe you have a scarf that you have forgotten about. Or wouldn’t a pair of gloves be a fun addition to your outerwear for the holiday season?

METALLICS:
Furthermore, metallics are a fun way to spice up your Holiday Fashion for 2022. If you have things in your closet then now is the time to dig them out. No matter where you are going this Christmas season adding a little sparkle and shine is a great thing!

SATIN & SHINY FABRICS:
To me, nothing states Holiday Fashion for 2022 more than some shimmer and shine. The great thing about this look is at this time of year you can pick up pieces in the stores. All in all, you will be able to find blouses, dresses, and tank tops, and wouldn’t it be fun to have pants as well?

MIX AND MATCH CASUAL PIECES WITH DRESSIER PIECES:
Another key point to take you from daytime straight to gatherings for the Christmas season is mixing and matching your casual pieces with dressier pieces. As well as styling them in a way to gives you a more elevated look. Here is one of my favorite YouTubers Orly Shani going through a video to help you visualize how you can create your own style look.
DIY’S:
DIYs are a great way to update your wardrobe for the season especially if you are on a budget. In my opinion, nobody does fashion DIYs better than the DIY Designer herself, Orly Shani. She does really fun fashion and home decor video’s to give you the tools to customize your wardrobe to your taste exactly.
Her episode for 2022 was on Daily Access and doesn’t seem to be on Youtube. Here is an idea from last season that would still be fabulous for 2022 as well.
SEQUINS:
To say nothing more the last item on our list is Sequins.
Sequins have really come to the forefront not only in fashion but in home decor and accessories. So if you have any of these items now is the time to bring them out and style them into your look for the holiday season!
